You measure your chest width by measuring the place on the chest where you take up the most space
Waist width:
You measure the waist by placing the measuring tape on the narrowest part of the waist, this is approx. 5 cm above the navel.

Our sizes run in US sizes and can therefore be just different from what you are normally used to choosing.
