You've said YES and the wedding planning has slowly begun, and the big question arises - when will I find the wedding dress?

The short answer is YES. This is to ensure that you get a private and cozy wedding dress fitting in our bridal department, without a lot of curious looks from our customers in the party dress department. You have your own clerk during the entire fitting, which lasts 90 minutes, and where the focus is 100% on you.

On weekdays you can book an appointment between 10 am and 5 pm, and a few days each week we also have appointments between 7 pm and 9 pm. During weekdays you are allowed to bring up to 5 guests. If you book an appointment on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday for your wedding dress fitting, you are allowed to bring a maximum of 4 guests. It is during our weekend hours when the bridal department is busiest, and in order to provide the best experience, there is a maximum of 4 guests.

When is the right time

Some find their wedding dress 2 years before the wedding, and others find it 2 weeks before. So when is the ideal time? It depends first and foremost on which store you visit.

At TP Kjoler we have dresses in the store that you can take home immediately. These are the dresses that are called "off the rack". These are typically dresses that are in the price range of up to 6000 kr., dresses that have been reduced or samples that we sell out. We also have dresses where we can get a new size home in a week, and other dresses that have a delivery time of 3-4 months.

When do new collections arrive?

It is a question we also often encounter.

We do not get one collection once a year, as we buy continuously. This means that we basically get new wedding dresses in the store every week - all year round.

We have a fairly large replacement in parts of our collections, and find you dream dress, we always recommend not waiting too long. It will be such a shame to come back and your dream dress has been sold or discontinued.

Having said that - it is hugely important to us, that we do not pressure you into a purchase. With us, it's perfectly okay to go home and think about it. After all, choosing the most important dress of your life is a big decision.

What sizes do you have?

Our wedding dresses in the bridal department vary between sizes 34-58. It is not all wedding dresses that we have in several different sizes. Therefore, you should expect to try on some dresses that may be too big if you like the model. Our consultants insert clips so that you get a better picture of how the dress will fit when you have the correct size.

What is the delivery time?

We recommend that you find your dress 6-12 months before your wedding. It is best to be out 9-12 months before. This is because we have dresses that have a delivery/production time of up to 5-6 months. And then you also have to add tailoring time. So in order for you to have the largest possible selection and not exclude yourself from certain models, it is really a good idea to come out well in advance. This does not mean that you cannot find your dream dress if you are out late. You can easily do that and with our large selection we have something for every taste, and none of our dresses cost more than 11,999,- at the time of writing.
