Bride journal: Mia Møller
Mia Møller stopped by TP Kjoler to find her dream wedding dress shortly before her wedding. There was a short deadline for her wedding, and here she tells how she quickly managed to find her bridal look without compromising on her wishes.
What were your considerations for accessories for your wedding dress?
What did your bridal look consist of?
I styled my beautiful dress with a short, simple veil that the sweet consultant found in TP Kjoler. In addition to that, my look consisted of white, open stilettos from Tamaris, and I had the jewelery made by a local jewelery lady in Varde, where I live.
I wanted big, white pearls, and she managed to do that just as I dreamed of. My hair was half up with a mix of braids and twists, and in the braids my hairdresser had inserted round white pearls to complete my white/pearl look.
When did you buy your accessory?
I found the dress and veil 1.5 months before the wedding, and I could bring it home immediately. I had already found the shoes before, because I knew that I wanted to wear the simple style with them, so therefore they would go with everything.
I found the jewelery via Instagram, where the jewelery lady had made a post with some that reminded me of what I wanted. I therefore drove out to her and described what I wanted, and she put it together immediately and brought it home to me after fifteen minutes.
It took me enough 3 weeks to collect everything for my look – both dress, veil, jewellery, shoes, hair accessories etc. It was approx. a month before the wedding.
Do you use any of the accessories after your wedding?
I wear my necklace every day and wear my earrings on occasion. I'm not usually a "stiletto girl", so I don't really wear stilettos, but I've saved them for if one day I'm going to a nicer party. They would be perfect for a summer wedding with a nice summer dress.
